Lukulu Region Program
- CFH's partner in Zambia, Mustard Seed Peace Project (MSPP), along with Conrad-Hilton Corporation, have funded a Milk Programme and a School Lunch Programme for 2007-2008. These programs provides 50 - 60 at-risk infants a sound nutritional start on life. Together we continue to seek funding to expand this much needed program. Read more...

Every Kid C.A.N.™ with Celebrity Chefs at CMOM 2008
- April 22, 23 and 24th , 2008 Chefs for Humanity and the Children's museum of Manhattan will pilot It's Play Time, Salad Builders and Pizza Party at the The Classic Center in the South Bronx.
- 60 children ages 8 years to 12 years.
- July 13, 20, 27 and August 3, 2008 - We will be piloting Do You Rap?, Now We're Grilling, Breakfast in a Blender and It's Playtime!. We will impact 80 Children and adults during this program.

Chefs for Humanity provides culinary resources and culinary professionals for grass-
roots organizations that are providing nutrition education, hunger, initiatives and
emergency relief to at-risk families and individuals throughout the world.
How can we support you? Our chefs can:
- provide nutrition education programs teaching healthy eating and proper diet in environments where resources are often sparse and very limited.
- act as consultants to review feeding programs , preparation, and sanitation methods for feeding programs.
- provide CHEFS for food preparation, restaurant mobilization, and food donations for large feeding initiatives or emergency and disaster relief programs.

Chefs Corp & Culinary School Volunteers
Chefs for Humanity is creating a Chef’s Corp of Chefs and Culinary Schools in specific
regions of the US including New England, The Mid Atlantic, the Southeast, the south-
west, The Midwest, and western United States. As member of the Chefs Corps you will
be notified of program opportunities in your area. You will be called upon to participate
in nutrition education, feeding programs, and emergency relief efforts when needed.

In order to help us coordinate programs and communicate with all of our Chefs and
volunteers we seeking volunteers to act as regional coordinators. When a program or
event is scheduled in your area you will be called upon to help contact and coordinate
participating chefs, restaurants and sponsors.

We are always looking for corporate partners to help support our programs and events.
Sponsors can participate with cash donations, food donations, and volunteer mobiliza-
tion for larger relief efforts.
