With the opening of Fearing's Restaurant, celebrity chef Dean Fearing has created his new home in a spectacular setting at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas.
The location isn't the only thing that's different. Fearing's features an all-new menu of elevated American cuisine that uses fresh farm-to-market ingredients in well-crafted dishes offering "bold flavors, no borders." Standouts include barbecue shrimp taco, prime-cut rib eye mopped over live mesquite and a caramelized peach and almond crisp.
Fearing's is all about exploration and details. Diners can sample Dean's innovative cuisine and the restaurant's gracious, attentive service in a succession of unique indoor settings and outdoor environments. There's the relaxed and welcoming Rattlesnake Bar with its warm glow of honey onyx; The Gallery with its elegant table settings and superb art collection; the intimate Wine Cellar featuring private dining for 16 people under a vaulted stone ceiling; or dining ringside while watching chefs in action beneath the rawhide chandeliers of Dean's Kitchen. The path to indulgence lies in the Sendero, Fearing's stunning glass dining pavilion looking onto its own walled garden, while the lushly landscaped Ocaso patio features soothing water elements. The nearby Live Oak Bar is an equally inviting gathering spot, complete with its own outdoor fireplace.
Fearing's is the perfect blend of innovative design, elevated cuisine and a true spirit of hospitality.
